1. The Defendants are jointly and severally with B to the Plaintiff KRW 60,000,000 and the interest rate therefor from January 2, 2015 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in the reasons for the application;
(2) Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act (amended by Service by Public Notice). (4) The term “creditor” is changed to “Plaintiff”, “debtor” to “Defendant”, and the payment order has become final and conclusive with respect to Defendant B.
