1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 26,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from April 10, 2015 to the date of complete payment.
According to Gap evidence No. 1, 2012, the defendant ordered the plaintiff to complete the above construction work in KRW 31,00,000 on August 2012, and each of the plaintiff completed the construction work during the same month, and the plaintiff has already received KRW 5,00,000 out of the above construction cost.
Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay damages for delay at the rate of 20% per annum from April 10, 2015 to the date of complete payment as requested by the plaintiff, as the remaining construction cost of KRW 26,00,000 and the above construction cost of KRW 26,00,00 after the completion date of construction.
