A. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to compensate for 200,000,000 won and the amount from December 22, 2007 to December 22, 2014.

A. On December 21, 2007, the Plaintiff loaned 200,000,000 won to Defendant B and its interest or damages for delay, the Plaintiff filed a claim against Defendant B and Defendant C, a joint guarantor, as the principal obligor.

B. On March 27, 2008, the Plaintiff loaned to Defendant C for performance of KRW 100,000,000 and its interest or damages for delay.
