However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

No person shall interfere with the rescue, transfer, first aid, or medical treatment of an emergency patient by emergency medical personnel by means of violence, intimidation, deceptive scheme, force, or other means, or destroy, damage, or occupy medical facilities, equipment, medicines, or other objects for emergency medical services provided by a medical institution, etc.

Nevertheless, at around 00:05 on April 11, 2019, the Defendant assaulted the victim E, who is an emergency medical technician, on the ground of its own cause, in the case where he was receiving a breathic treatment at the emergency room of the infest C hospital located in the male and female city B, and without any special reason, he continuously walked the body of the victim D, who is an emergency medical technician, on two occasions, and continuously bread the breath of the victim E, who is a doctor of drinking.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the examination and treatment of emergency medical personnel for emergency patients by means of assault.
