1. On April 1, 2018, at around 01:10, the Defendant intruded into the container office in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government by using the gap in which the entrance before “C” was not corrected, and at the same time, approximately 3,43,00 won in cash owned by the victim D (S) who was kept in custody in the depository, and one and one of the bits in the market price.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen property by intrusion upon the inside of the office, which is a building managed by the damaged person at night.

3. On December 12, 2017, around 00:30 on December 12, 2017, the Defendant abused KRW 647,000 in cash owned by the victim in the restaurant, which was in the front of the “J” restaurant operated by the victim I” in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, through other windows, into the restaurant, and stolen said KRW 647,00 in cash owned by the victim in the restaurant, which was in the front of the restaurant.

On May 12, 2018, around 02:40 on May 12, 2018, the Defendant got in front of the victim L operation “M” store located in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and intruded into the store by walking the tent where the victim was absent, and then stolen the cash amounting to KRW 460,000 and approximately KRW 12,000 in the market price, which were in the clothes where the victim was off.
5. At around 00:50 on June 12, 2018, the Defendant came in front of the “P” store operated by the victim’s O located in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government N, and the victim intrudes into the store through other windows.
