1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 7,937,675 with the Plaintiff and Defendant B with respect thereto from January 14, 2019, and Defendant C with respect to the Plaintiff on January 14, 2019.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. On February 14, 1987, the Plaintiff is the owner of Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D Apartment E (hereinafter “Plaintiff’s house”). Around September 7, 2006, the Plaintiff acquired the ownership of the Plaintiff’s house and completed a trust registration with the LOF on July 1, 2015, and restored the ownership on April 9, 2019.

B. Around April 30, 2015, the Defendants: (a) co-owners who acquired the ownership of Gho, the immediate upper floor of the Plaintiff’s housing (hereinafter “Defendant’s housing”); (b) the Defendants’ resident registration was made in the Defendants’ housing from June 23, 2015 to November 5, 2018; and (c) the Defendants’ resident registration was made in the Defendants’ housing from June 23, 2015 to April 6, 2016. < Amended by Act No. 14476, May 11, 2017>

On September 2018, the Plaintiff’s house was leaked in the inner bank and the cell ceiling, and the fung fung fung fung had been damaged.

The main contents of the appraisal results on the part in which the water leakage in this case occurred and the cause thereof are as follows.

- Confirmation of the damage of finishing materials caused by water leakage in the Plaintiff’s dwelling room and inside ceiling - Living room ceiling - MDF’s seal, walls are constructed by exhauster or tamper, floor of lumber is built with a wooden-projected floor, as a whole, MDF is unfolded, cut off, ice ice and tamper, cut off, and a wooden-project creshes.
