Around April 30, 2015, the Defendants: (a) co-owners who acquired the ownership of Gho, the immediate upper floor of the Plaintiff’s housing (hereinafter “Defendant’s housing”); (b) the Defendants’ resident registration was made in the Defendants’ housing from June 23, 2015 to November 5, 2018; and (c) the Defendants’ resident registration was made in the Defendants’ housing from June 23, 2015 to April 6, 2016. < Amended by Act No. 14476, May 11, 2017>

On September 2018, the Plaintiff’s house was leaked in the inner bank and the cell ceiling, and the fung fung fung fung had been damaged.

The main contents of the appraisal results on the part in which the water leakage in this case occurred and the cause thereof are as follows.
