1. The grounds for admitting the judgment of the court of first instance are as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance. Thus, the grounds for admitting this case are as stated in Article 8(2) of the Administrative Litigation Act and Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
[The court of first instance rejected all the Plaintiff’s assertion that there is a defect in the disposition of this case (such as defect in the disposition subject, defect in the procedure, absence of the grounds for disposition, defect in the laws and regulations related to the inspection of research ethics, truth-finding, verification of research expenses, etc. of the B University Research Ethics, etc.), and abuse of discretion, etc.).
