The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
On August 9, 2014, at around 18:45, the Defendant committed assault on the part of the victim's left side knife with knife that was pushed over to the victim D (year 26) who is the other team player in Yeonsu-gu Incheon, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon.
However, the facts charged in this case are crimes falling under Article 260 (1) of the Criminal Act, and cannot be punished against the victim's express intent under paragraph (3) of the same Article.
However, according to the written agreement submitted by the defendant on October 10, 2014, it is recognized that the victim withdrawn his/her wish to punish the defendant on September 30, 2014, which was after the prosecution of this case.
Therefore, the prosecution of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition.
