Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

On November 10, 2013, the Defendant took part in the “National Workers’ Competition” held by the President of the Korean Democratic Trade Union Federation B (hereinafter referred to as the “Public Labor Union Federation”), around 14:00, and took part in the “National Workers’ Competition” held in Seoul Square. At around 16:20 on the same day, at around 16:20, approximately 15,00 participants in other assemblies were moving along the way from Seoul Square to the 4-ro from the Seoul Square to the 16:57, to the 17:40 on the same day, the Defendant interfered with the passage of many and unspecified vehicles by: (a) moving out the place reported from 16:57 to 17:40 on the same day to the 4-lane 00 crosssection to the 5-lane intersection; and (b) moving out the 6-lane 6-lane intersection to the intersection.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with other participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic on land by other means.
