1. The Defendant’s KRW 45 million and the Plaintiff’s 12% per annum from July 2, 2015 to October 29, 2015, and the following.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in the grounds for claims in attached Form;
(2) The legal interest rate shall be 15% per annum from October 1, 2015, by implementing the provisions on statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings, which was wholly amended on September 25, 2015 (Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act)
