On December 1, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months in the Daegu District Court due to night residence intrusion, larceny, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence in the Daegu Detention House on June 25, 201.

1. On December 30, 2013, the Defendant committed the crime: (a) around 17:50 on December 30, 2013, the Defendant: (b) up to 17:50 on December 30, 2013, opened a door by means of the entrance gate keys under the above 301, while being aware of the fact that the victim was at the house of the victim D; and (c) opened and intrudes the door by means of the entrance gate under the above 301, which was at the seat of the victim; and (d) committed the theft of the victim’s property worth KRW 500,000,000 of the market price owned by the victim, which was at the seat of the 1,400,000,000.

2. On January 7, 2014, at around 15:00 on January 7, 2014, the Defendant: (a) knew of the fact that the victim was in the house of the Victim F, the building 301, Daegu Singu E-gu, Daegu Singu; (b) opened a door and intruded by using the entrance keys under the above 301, and was placed on the floor; and (c) was stolen by having one male clock at the market price of 950,000 won owned by the victim.

3. On January 13, 2014, the Defendant: (a) known on January 13, 2014, at the places indicated in the foregoing paragraph (2) at around 08:10, 2014, the Defendant: (b) opened a door by means of the entrance key set forth in the above 301, and intruded into the door; and (c) stolen the victim’s property worth KRW 450,000, total market value of KRW 370,000, market value of the victim’s possession.

4. On March 8, 2014, the Defendant committed the crime: (a) around 14:00 on March 8, 2014, at around 14:00, up to the time when the Victim H’s house located in Daegu-gu G building 202; (b) opened a door by means of the entrance key under the above 202, and intrudes into the door, and opened a door, and up to 1,300,000 won at the market price owned by the victim; and (c) up to 1,90,000 won at the market price.
