However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date of the final judgment.

The Defendant, while the Defendant and the victim B (the age of 29) who had returned to the Defendant did not completely organize the relationship with the Defendant, had a view to not harming the victims by transmitting obscene pictures to the male-friendly victims C (the age of 35) in B and B (the age of 35).

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (obscenity using communications media);

A. On April 9, 2014, around 10:57, the Defendant: (a) visited Jungcheon-si Mancheon-si Lacheon-si Lacheon-si Lacheon-si Lacheon-si Lacheon-si 142 to the Internet obscenity site with smartphones; and (b) cut off four obscene photographs that have sexual intercourse or female body.

In addition, the Defendant sent four copies of the above pictures that cause a sense of sexual shame to B through smartphone display caroooo to satisfy his own sexual desire.

B. On April 11, 2014, at around 17:30, the Defendant sent three copies of the obscene pictures that cause a sense of sexual shame to C through smartphone fluorooooooooo, with a view to meeting his/her own sexual desire.

2. Around 09:00 on April 21, 2014, the Defendant assaulted the victim B within the Defendant’s Dsti vehicle that operated on the road near the Eup/Myeong-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City (Seoul Special Metropolitan City), saying, “I do not say that I would have died of her will or would have died of her will,” and there was a shock in appraisal, and assaulted the victim B by her hand at two times.
