Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.
If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.
Punishment of the crime
On January 10, 2012, the defendant was sentenced to 10 months of imprisonment for a crime of fraud and a violation of the Attorney-at-Law Act at the Busan District Court on July 5, 2012, and the above judgment became final and conclusive.
1. On June 29, 201, at around 10:00, the Defendant forged private documents: (a) stated “K” in the location column of the real estate lease agreement, a document that is not known to the victim C, for the purpose of uttering within the Defendant’s residence; (b) stated “K” in the “J phone number column” and “20 million won” in the “B0 million won” column; (c) paid the principal of the monthly rent contract in the “B” column; and (d) written in the “B” column, “E”, “E”, in the “F”, in the “B”, in the “B” column, in the “B”, and in the “Permission number column”, the Defendant forged one copy of the real estate lease agreement by signing the “K” in the “J phone number column” along with the name of G affixed.
2. Around 12:00 on June 29, 201, the Defendant displayed one copy of the forged real estate lease agreement as prescribed in paragraph (1) for the purpose of lending money to the victim by having the victim C and his/her female in the office of M&A located in Busan Jung-gu, Busan, and the Defendant believed that the Defendant was in a security deposit amount of 20 million won.
3. In fact at the date, time, and place under Paragraph 2, the Defendant merely leased a deposit of KRW 100,000 and KRW 400,000 on the domicile of the real estate lease contract, but also displayed a forged real estate lease contract, such as Paragraph 1, on condition that he/she lends money, to the victim who demanded the security, and that he/she would lend a forged real estate lease contract within two months. As seen in the real estate lease contract, the Defendant borrowed a deposit of KRW 20,000,000,000 as seen in the real estate lease contract, which is believed to have been lent money.
The defendant shall belong to the defendant at around 13:00 Busan Central District on the same day from the victim.
