1. The Defendant’s KRW 31,426,460 as well as 6% per annum from May 2, 2015 to December 5, 2017 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
A. The Plaintiff is a company that engages in wholesale and retail business of livestock products, and the Defendant is a person who engages in wholesale and retail business of meat with the trade name of “B” supplied by the Plaintiff.
B. The Plaintiff supplied the Defendant with mooring, etc. by May 1, 2015, but the Defendant did not pay KRW 31,426,460 for the goods.
C. Claim for the payment of 31,426,460 won for the above goods and damages for delay.
2. Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts;
