Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A is a person engaged in the sales of automobile goods under the trade name of “S (T, U)” in Busan Sho-gu R.
Any person who intends to run a motor vehicle management business, such as motor vehicle maintenance business, shall register with the head of a Si/Gun/Gu.
Nevertheless, on August 21, 2013, the Defendant, without registering the automobile maintenance business, installed a HID (luminous gas discharge system), with V-owned WYF Bata car, from June 6, 2012 to June 6, 2012, installed the HID (noise), 507 times as indicated in the attached crime log (1), and inspected or improved the structure and maintenance of the HID (luminous gas discharge system) in the XNF Bata car, B, from June 15, 2012 to August 21, 2013, and installed HID (luminous gas discharge system) 557 times as indicated in the attached crime log (2).
