1. The Defendant shall pay KRW 40,000,000 to the Plaintiff and KRW 300,000 per month from March 15, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. On March 15, 2015, the Plaintiff indicated the claim that lent KRW 40 million to the Defendant, and the interest rate was set at KRW 300,000 per month and the due date until May 15, 2016.

However, since the Defendant did not pay at all the principal and interest agreed upon since March 15, 2015, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the said KRW 40 million and delay damages therefor.

2. Judgment with no ground for recognition (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);
