On November 17, 2012, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents, at around 04:50 on November 17, 2012, driven a b bargaining car with a blood alcohol content of 0.15%, and was in a straight line with no signal apparatus in front of the transfer center located in the transfer center at Suwon-gu, Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, 2001, at the speed of speed from the later 2001 to the transfer center.

Since the accident point is an intersection with no signal apparatus, the driver has a duty of care to enter the intersection in a safe and visible situation by driving slowly before entering the intersection.

However, the Defendant neglected such duty of care and was negligent in the course of business that entered the intersection so as to prevent the Defendant’s driving vehicle from entering the intersection, and was faced with the driver’s seat front of the driving seat of the victim C(40 years old) driving vehicle that entered the intersection, leading the victim to the driver’s vehicle in front of the Defendant’s driving vehicle, resulting in the victim’s injury to the right-hand salt subject to approximately two weeks of medical treatment.
