Comprehensively taking account of the overall arguments as indicated in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 8, 80 million won was loaned from the Seoan Central Credit Union on May 4, 2012. For securing the above principal and interest of loans, the defendant C established a collateral security right of 1,04,000 won with respect to each real estate indicated in the separate sheet owned by the defendant C for securing the above principal and interest of loans. The defendant C guaranteed the above principal and interest of loans. The Hanan Central Credit Union Co., Ltd. on March 11, 2016. The above principal and interest claim against the defendant C, the balance of principal and interest claim against the defendant C, and the above collateral security claim against the defendant 3, 197, 300 won were jointly and severally transferred to the plaintiff on April 6, 2016.
As to this, the defendants defense to the effect that they paid the above principal and interest of loan, but there is no evidence to acknowledge this, the defendants' defense cannot be accepted.
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim against the defendants is justified, and it is so ordered as per Disposition.
