A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

1. On April 20, 2014, at around 14:07, the Defendant: (a) invadedd the victim E’s house located on the second floor of the Yansan-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City on the second floor; and (b) stolen the said two by taking advantage of the victim F’s market price, 10,360 won of cash owned by the said victim E, and 17,360 won of the said victim’s price.

Around 00:00 on April 21, 2014, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the hospitalization room occupied by the victim I, etc. in Yasan-gu G Hospital 505 in Yasan-gu G on a night-time basis; and (b) patients and nursing people, who were locked by a cresh, used the cresh to use the cresh to commit a theft, with the head of Nonghyup Tong and the Nonghyup AFC card, which was owned by the said victim, in an amount equivalent to KRW 5,00,000 at the market price of the said victim’s ownership, and with cosmetics equivalent to KRW 3,00,000 at the market price of the said victim’s ownership, and with the victim’
