A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.
Seized evidence 7 through 17 shall be confiscated.
Punishment of the crime
On April 15, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to the suspension of the execution of his/her imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of intrusion upon residence and for larceny at the Seoul Southern District Court on August 15, 201. On March 30, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of intrusion upon residence and for a crime of larceny in the Incheon District Court Branch Branch of the Incheon District Court on March 30, 2012, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on June 9, 2012, and the said suspended sentence became null and void on the same day. On November 11, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of robbery committed by Seoul High Court and a crime of larceny
On April 24, 2019, from around 11:20 to October 14:40 of the same day, the Defendant opened an entrance which was not corrected by using the crepans of the victim’s non-victims and intruded until the room for the victim’s residence on the floor B, from around 11:20 to around 14:40 of the same day, and 50,000 won of the check in front of the victim’s 100,000 won in cash and 2080,000 won in front of the victim’s 12 times in total from around the day of the occurrence to October 12, 2019, and stolen the property owned by the victims.
Accordingly, the defendant intrudes upon another person's residence, is sentenced to imprisonment more than three times with larceny, and he commits larceny during the period of repeated crime as above.
On August 21, 2019, between 12:00 and 13:00, the Defendant: (a) opened a entrance that was not corrected in front of the victim D’s house in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; (b) intruded into the victim’s house; and (c) stolen the victim’s house with the precious metal worth of KRW 1,703,30 in total of the market price of the victim’s house and KRW 230,000 in cash.
As a result, the defendant intrudes upon another person's residence, is sentenced to imprisonment more than three times with larceny, and is punished by larceny again during the period of repeated crime.
