1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 25,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from November 24, 2016 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. Claim: (a) the remainder of KRW 25,00,000, which remains after subtracting the Defendant’s repayment on February 19, 2016, from the aggregate of KRW 30,000,000, out of the loans that the Plaintiff lent to the Defendant from August 13, 2015 to August 27, 2015.
