1. The defendant shall pay 171,406,917 won to the plaintiff.
2. The costs of the lawsuit are assessed against the defendant.

Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(A) “Creditor” is deemed to be “Plaintiff” and “debtor” as “Defendant”: Provided, That the part of the claim against “debtor’s official road” was withdrawn.
