A. 1) The Plaintiff Company A (hereinafter “Defendant Company”)

B) As indicated below, the Defendant Company’s each credit guarantee agreement between the Industrial Bank of Korea, the Korea Exchange Bank, and the Korean National Bank shall guarantee the amount of loans granted by the Defendant Company from the Industrial Bank of Korea, and, in the event that the Plaintiff pays the Defendant Company’s obligations on behalf of the Defendant Company due to an occurrence of a guarantee accident, the Defendant Company shall pay the Plaintiff the amount of subrogation and the damages for delay calculated at the rate

F, Defendant B, and C have jointly and severally guaranteed all the obligations that the Defendant Company would incur to the Plaintiff pursuant to the credit guarantee agreement of this case. On November 22, 2008, on November 28, 2013, on the date of guarantee guarantee (original guarantee) loan 1 G 104,500,000,000 for small and medium enterprise financing loans 2H 25,000,000,000 on February 26, 2013, the Industrial Bank of Korea issued 3 170,000,000,000,000,0000 domestic and foreign banks loans 10,000,000,000,000 on November 22, 2011, the Plaintiff received 30,000,000,000 domestic and foreign banks loan loans No. 104,70,000,000 won loan 10,005,008.

3. Upon the occurrence of a credit guarantee accident in which the Defendant Company delayed the principal of the above loan, the Industrial Bank of Korea, the Korea Exchange Bank, and the Korean National Bank claimed against the Plaintiff for the performance of the guaranteed obligation under the instant credit guarantee agreement. On February 24, 2014, and February 28, 2014, the Plaintiff subrogated for the said Bank KRW 523,826,729 in total as follows:

The subrogated principal on the date of the guaranty number subrogation shall be the interest of subrogation.
