[criminal record] On November 17, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of fraud at the Daejeon District Court on November 17, 2017 and filed an appeal and is currently pending in the appellate trial.

[Criminal facts]

1. On February 2014, the Defendant at an event, such as the electronic records, etc., and the electronic records of the above writers, issued a credit card in the name of AR without the consent of AR, using a certified certificate of AR, a copy of identification card, a copy of the head of the Tong, and a cell phone stored, while illegally entering into an electronic transfer household at around an illegal time.

On June 17, 2014, the Defendant engaged in illegal transfer generation work together with the illegal transfer generation work at the Buddhist land of Incheon or lower level.

After accessing ATS’s website by using a computer, the name and resident registration number of AR was entered in the card application page in the name and the resident registration number of AR, and after having gone through AR’s official certification process, the credit card member’s personal information was entered into the English name “AR”, “AV”, “AV”, and “AV” in the cell phone number, and “AV” in the card receipt, and then sent a link to the recipient of the card application with the lower end of the page.

As a result, the Defendant forged one file of application for subscription to a credit card, which is an electronic record of another person's electronic records of rights and duties for the purpose of handling administrative affairs, and sent the forged credit card application file to the recipient of the credit card application who is aware of the fact and uses it as if it was genuine.

2. The Defendant, as described in paragraph 1, applied for a credit card in the name of AR on the Victim AT Card Co., Ltd. (amended to AK Card), and received one credit card from the injured party. On June 19, 2014, the Defendant entered the said card number into the settlement window as if he/she had a legitimate right to use the said credit card and received 8,440 won.
