1. Around 03:00 on August 10, 2018, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) and the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) driving a B-to-purd vehicle of about 1km while under the influence of alcohol at least 0.20% of alcohol concentration without obtaining a driver’s license, from the dead and front ginseng distance of the Suwon-si Suwon-si (U.S.).

2. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) by the Defendant is a person engaging in driving service of a motor vehicle B-hurd

At around 03:00 on August 10, 2018, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, driven the said Apurd-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed

At the time, a person engaged in driving service at night has a duty of care to look well at the front side and left side, to accurately adjust the direction and brake system, and to prevent accidents in advance by driving safely.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and went in as it was, and the Defendant was able to reach the left-hand part of the car driven by the Defendant, which was driven by the victim C(58 years of age) who stops for the signal atmosphere at the two-lanes of the 3-lane of the death front ginseng distance.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered from the victim C and the victim E (the age of 54) by the occupational negligence above, for approximately two weeks of medical treatment, such as fluoral salt, respectively.
