1. The defendant shall pay 50,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from May 9, 2014 to the day of complete payment.
Comprehensively taking account of the purport of the entire pleadings as to Gap evidence Nos. 2, 3, and 4, the Plaintiff is obligated to pay damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum as stipulated in the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from May 9, 2014 to the date of full payment, as the loan amount of KRW 550 million, and KRW 50 million from March 27, 2013. Thus, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum as stipulated in the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from May 9, 2014 to the date of full payment, as sought by the Plaintiff.
