However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a B car.

On October 10, 2019, at around 23:25, the Defendant driven the said car with a view to getting into the said road again, when it is difficult to drive the said vehicle normally and with a view to 0.130% alcohol level 0.130% of the blood alcohol level, and driving the vehicle on the two-lane road in front of the Sejong C from the Na-dong to the Geumnam-do.
