1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 30,919,160 for the Plaintiff and 20% per annum from September 16, 2015 to September 30, 2015; and (b) for the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act (a judgment of non-litigation following the submission of a written reply) applies mutatis mutandis;
3. Some damages for delay shall be partially dismissed in accordance with the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings, which was amended on September 25, 2015 and enforced from October 1, 2015.
