1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,000,000 and the interest thereon from November 30, 2012 to the date of full payment.
1. The Plaintiff, on November 30, 201, lent KRW 50,000,00 to Defendant B on a yearly basis (24% per annum) and on May 30, 2012, with the maturity of 2012. At that time, Defendant C guaranteed the Plaintiff’s above loan obligation. The Defendants jointly guaranteed the Plaintiff’s above loan obligation. The Defendants paid only interest up to November 29, 201 and did not repay the remainder. Accordingly, the Plaintiff filed a claim against the Defendants for the payment of damages for delay calculated at the rate of 24% per annum from November 30, 201 to the date of full payment.
