(4) In light of the above legal principles, the court below held that the plaintiff's assertion was all confessioned on the date of pleading under Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act, and Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act, and the defendant submitted the original copy of the payment order of this case and a formal written objection for the payment order of this case, and it did not appear on the date of pleading without submitting a specific response.
