The costs of appeal are assessed against the Plaintiff.

The judgment below

In light of the records, it is reasonable for the court below to consider that there is no proximate causal relationship between the above upper branch and the work and dismiss the plaintiff's claim, after compiling the adopted evidence and finding facts as stated in its reasoning, that it cannot be deemed that the Plaintiff caused a conclusive causal relation.

There is no violation of the rules of evidence and misapprehension of the legal principle as to proximate causal relation as alleged in the grounds of appeal.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed, and the costs of appeal are assessed against the losing party. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
