Reasons

While examining the records of this case, the original judgment, and the grounds for appeal, all of which were examined, the grounds for appeal by the appellant fall under Article 4 of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Procedure of Appeal, and there is no reason to believe that the grounds for appeal by the appellant fall under Article 4 of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Procedure of Appeal, it is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the ground that the appeal is dismissed under Article 5 of the Act.
