If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

The defendant operates a general restaurant on the third floor of the building located in Busan-gu D, Busan-gu with the trade name "E".

A person who intends to run an entertainment drinking house business in which customers are permitted to sing or dance while cooking and selling mainly alcoholic beverages and a dance hall which is a dance hall for customers; and a person who intends to run an entertainment drinking house business in which customers are permitted to sing or dance shall obtain permission from the competent administrative agency.

Nevertheless, without obtaining permission from the competent authority, the Defendant: (a) from February 28, 2012 to July 22:50, 2013, from around 760 square meters to around 760 square meters; (b) from around February 28, 2012, the Defendant: (c) provided DJ gamblings and four sound equipment and large spackers, which are special lighting facilities, with approximately 20 strings; (d) opened a rash beam, ALD lighting, which is a special lighting facility; and (e) opened a string form by installing a 20 strings on the passage between tables; and (e) provided customers with a string form by enabling them to dance in music at the front of the JJS, passage; and (e) sold at a rate of KRW 5 million to KRW 60 million each month.

Accordingly, the Defendant operated an entertainment drinking house business without permission.
