On February 3, 2005, the Defendant sentenced 8 months to imprisonment with prison labor for an attempted larceny and a violation of the Road Traffic Act (non-licensed driving), and sentenced on May 30, 2008 to one year by imprisonment with prison labor for an attempted larceny at the Chuncheon District Court on May 30, 2008. On June 21, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to six months by imprisonment with prison labor for larceny and a violation of the Road Traffic Act (non-licensed driving) at the Chuncheon District Court on October 31, 201 and completed the execution of the sentence.

1. Around 16:00 on April 15, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) passed through the road construction site at the Chuncheon-si, Hacheon-si, Gyeongcheon-si, and passed through the road construction site at the said site, and had a mind to steal it.

At around 04:00 on April 16, 2013, the Defendant released a 31 ton of cargo vehicles parked at the entrance of the said construction site at the said construction site, cut them by means of not being able to identify the entrance and locks of containers at the said construction site, cut them, destroyed them, and intruded into the container, resulting in a high speed cuter equivalent to KRW 200,000,000, the market price of the victim SH Construction Co., Ltd., Ltd., which was located inside the said construction site, brought about eight anti-explos equivalent to KRW 200,000,000, market price of the said victim’s shares at the said construction site. At the said construction site, the Defendant stolen the Defendant’s 1,670 km (1,670 km) loaded them into the Defendant’s Dpoter cargo vehicle.

2. On July 1, 2013, the Defendant operated a 24 km section from the Defendant’s house located in Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun on July 1, 2013, by driving the Dpoter freight without obtaining a driver’s license, to the northwest-gun, Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, and from that place to the said Defendant’s house at around 15:10 on the same day.
