1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 41,024,583 and KRW 21,766,780 among them, per annum from March 12, 2015 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. Indication of claims: as stated in the attached Form of the cause of the claims (Provided, That in the calculation of " November 7, 2014" as the reference date for calculation, such as the principal and interest in arrears under paragraph (3) of the cause of the claims, shall be calculated by adding " March 11, 2015";
