The defendant is a person who was in charge of mobile phone sales and management work from March 2019 to May 2019 as a mobile phone sales agent located in Ulsan-gu B, Ulsan-gu.

A. A. However, as seen above, D did not intend to open a mobile phone and pay the price thereof. If a mobile phone is opened in the name of D, the Defendant disposed of the relevant mobile phone and thought that the sales proceeds have become an essential point.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, received from the victim the delivery of Samsung 10 mobile phone unit equivalent to the market value of Samsung 1,397,000, around that time.

B. On April 14, 2019, the Defendant, at the same place as the foregoing paragraph, and the above A.

In the same manner as in paragraph (1), after having signed the E Radio Application column by F, F submitted the above application in F name as if F had newly subscribed to a mobile phone, and it was issued by the victim Samsung S10 mobile phone at the market price of Samsung 1,397,000.

2. The defendant attempted to commit fraud, taking advantage of the fact that he receives additional allowances of KRW 700,000 per case from the customer, was signed by the customer who did not intend to apply for the Internet, and submitted it to the Dispute Resolution E, which is the victim, to receive additional allowances from the victim.

The defendant around April 29, 2019 shall be the defendant in the above-mentioned Dispute Resolution Co., Ltd., and in the same manner as the above-mentioned paragraph (1) to the customer D, the defendant shall be the subscriber column of two Excursion Ship Applications.
