On September 28, 1984, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for two years with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of violation of the Act at the Chuncheon District Court on January 18, 1996, imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, at the Chuncheon District Court on May 31, 2001, with prison labor for three years and six months, with prison labor for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, at the Chuncheon District Court on May 31, 2001, with prison labor for a fine of five million won and three hundred thousand won, with prison labor for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, at the Chuncheon District Court on July 24, 2003, with prison labor for two years and six years from the Daegu District Court on September 25, 2015.

1. On October 9, 2017, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) committed an attempted crime by: (a) flying away from the victim’s house located in C on around October 10, 2017, by opening a door door from the victim’s house in C with an intent to steals the goods; and (b) intending to intrude into the said house; and (c) flying away from such time to February 10, 2018, the Defendant committed money and valuables worth 24,825,000 won in total, the market price of the victims owned by the victim, as shown in the list of crimes, from around that time to February 15, 2018.

Accordingly, the defendant has committed the crime again during the period of repeated crime even though he was sentenced to imprisonment not less than three times with prison labor for larceny or attempted crime.
