For reasons indicated in its holding, the lower court rejected all the grounds of appeal on the misapprehension of legal principles as to the grounds of appeal for mistake of facts and the misapprehension of legal principles as to the dismissal of liability due to mistake of law, and upheld the first instance judgment convicting of the facts charged in this case.

Examining the reasoning of the lower judgment in light of the evidence duly admitted, the lower court did not err by exceeding the bounds of the principle of logic and experience and the principle of free evaluation of evidence, or by misapprehending the legal doctrine on legal mistake.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
