In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, each of them is 100.

Defendant

A from July 6, 2009 to January 3, 2016, in the C military administration D (the change of name to E following the reorganization of organization on July 1, 2015), the person in charge of the G shipbuilding industrial complex development project (hereinafter “instant project”) which is a development project for the development of industrial complex by reclaiming the G class sea within F in the F. Defendant B is a person in charge of the instant project while holding office in the C military administration D from July 6, 2009 to January 6, 2013, and H stock company (hereinafter “project entity”) is a company established to implement the instant project on January 18, 2008.

1. From May 8, 2012, the Defendants committed the instant crime related to the site for the sale of I Co., Ltd., the following: (a) around May 8, 2012, the I Co., Ltd. prepared an agreement on the transfer of status of the seller to K on May 7, 2012; (b) the date of preparation as of May 1, 2012; (c) Defendant B drafted the said report as “B” column; and signed it as “B” column; and (d) Defendant A signed the agreement on the transfer of status of the seller to K on May 7, 2012 as of May 1, 2012, signed the agreement on the transfer of status of the seller to K; and (c) Defendant A signed the “A” column and the “D” column as “A” column.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to perform their duties in a false manner, which is an official document in the name of the Defendants, prepared a false plan for concluding a written agreement on the transfer of the status of the seller of the Grewing Industrial Complex.

2. On May 22, 2012, the Defendants were to transfer the sales contract and the status of the seller to K from the project team around May 22, 2012, among the sites to be created by the instant project in the said D and D offices, of the land to be sold by C and Gun. < Amended by Act No. 330,580,00 square meters (around 100,000 square meters) among the sites to be sold by the said D and D offices.
