1. All appeals by the Defendants are dismissed.
2. The costs of appeal are assessed against the Defendants.

Reasons
The reasoning of this Court’s reasoning is as follows: (a) evidence additionally submitted by the court of first instance, and the facts acknowledged by the court of first instance are not sufficient to be followed; and (b) the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance is the same as the reasoning of the judgment, except for the rejection of the statement of evidence No. 4. 4.
Therefore, the judgment of the court of first instance is justified, and all appeals by the defendants are dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
