Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person engaged in driving a vehicle BM520.
On May 11, 2018, the Defendant driven the above car at around 18:28, and led the two-lane road in front of the C building at the south of South Korea to turn to the left at the speed of the D elementary school from the parking lot of the C building to the left.
Since the place is a road on which the center line of yellow solid lines is installed, there was a duty of care to make a left-hand turn to a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle.
Nevertheless, when the defendant neglected this and tried to turn to the left over the center line by negligence, the defendant taken over the victim's right side part of FCA 110, which the victim E (the age of 16) driven by the right side from the left side of the running direction of the defendant, driving by the victim E (the age of 16) with one lane, into the left side and the number plate before the driver's car.
Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as salt, tension, etc. in the part where the details of the loss requiring medical treatment for about three weeks are unknown due to such occupational negligence.

The Defendant asserted that there was no negligence on the part of the Defendant because the instant traffic accident occurred after the victim went to the stop line when the victim went to the stop line. However, the following circumstances acknowledged by the evidence duly adopted and investigated by the court, namely, the fact that the instant accident occurred while the Defendant was trying to turn to the left at the district in which the person is not allowed to turn to the left at the investigative agency, and it is anticipated that the Defendant attempted to turn to the left when the vehicle goes to the C building prior to the occurrence of the accident and to turn to the left at the time when the Defendant attempted to turn to the left.
