1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from June 5, 2013 to the day of complete payment.
Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the arguments in the statements Nos. 1, 4, and 2-1, and 2-2, the Plaintiff may recognize the fact that the Plaintiff lent KRW 50 million to the Defendant on June 4, 2013 by setting the interest-based four copies.
Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 50,000,000 won and interest calculated at the rate of 20% per annum within the scope of the agreed interest rate and the limitation rate under the Interest Limitation Act. Thus, the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices.
