Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who drives a rocketing taxi.
A driver of any motor vehicle that drives along a road shall operate the motor vehicle in compliance with signals and instructions conveyed by traffic safety facilities.
Nevertheless, on April 19, 2017, the Defendant, while driving the above taxi on April 15:31, 2017 and driving the intersection in front of the Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government ro 847 and the Yeongdeungpo-gu ro ebbbbb, in the direction of the air route from the Young-gu ebb, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, the Defendant violated the direction by straight driving the three-lanes in which the right of prohibition of direct exhaustion is prohibited.
