On October 30, 2012, the Defendant purchased Cump trucks with loans of KRW 194 million from the victimized Company at the office of the Gangnam-gu Seoul KHro 317,10,000,000 from the injured Company, and paid the installments (one or three installments, KRW 3,15,500, KRW 500, KRW 3,786,700, KRW 194,000 in the name of the victimized Company on November 6, 2012.

Nevertheless, around February 4, 2014, the Defendant did not notify the damaged company of the change to the place of use of a dump truck and its address to the "Osan Industrial Development Co., Ltd.," and the "Yannam-si, Chungcheongnam-do," even though it changed the registration number from C to D, the Defendant did not notify the damaged company of the change. Since February 26, 2014, the Defendant did not pay installments to the damaged company and received demand for payment from the victimized company on April 17, 2014, the Defendant sent the 16 dump truck from May 14, 2014 to the "Oump truck from 0,000,000 to 16 dump truck from 0,000,0000 to 14,000,0000,0000,0000,000,0000,000,000,000.

Accordingly, the defendant is the object of the mortgage of the damaged company.
