1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 20,400,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from January 22, 2016 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
However, the claim for damages for delay was reduced by 15% per annum from the day of delivery of a copy of the complaint to the day of full payment.
2. Articles 208(3)1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act: A judgment without holding any pleadings;
