1. The defendant shall pay 50,300,000 won to the plaintiff and 15% per annum from September 28, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The Defendant, indicating the claim, bears the Plaintiff’s obligation to borrow KRW 20 million and the obligation to pay KRW 30,30,000 to the Plaintiff for rent of KRW 30,30,000 for the building C on March 11, 2009, and the Defendant did not perform the obligation even after preparing a letter of payment for the said obligation on March 11, 2009. Therefore, the Defendant seeks payment of KRW 50,30,000 for the said money by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
