The Defendant: (a) was the head of the G Hospital located in Ansan-si, GI; (b) around 01:20 on August 1, 2010, HH working for the said hospital’s clinic; and (c) around 01:20 on the street before the pre-Yannam-gun, the Defendant was involved in a traffic accident; (d) the said traffic accident is very minor and does not need to undergo hospital treatment; (e) even though, despite being aware that H and I were working for a normal hospital without undergoing hospital treatment, the above H and I attempted to use the insurance proceeds for the purpose of claiming insurance proceeds from the actual injury of the above traffic accident, she was aware that she was hospitalized at the insurance company by 10,00,000, and that the above H had received a false order from 10,000,000 won to 10,000 won and 20,000,000 won and 10,000,000 won, respectively, were issued each of the above G.

Accordingly, the defendant assisted the above H and I to commit the crime of attempted fraud.
