Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive against the Defendants, respectively.
Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is an injury or disease belonging to the Department of Information and Communications at the Education Headquarters C, and the defendant B is a person who has served as an injury or disease belonging to the Department of Information and Communications at the Education Headquarters D.
At around 08:00 on July 16, 2019, the Defendants: (a) forged the application for public out-of-the-spot in front of the joint living hall at the information and communications school of the foregoing Navy; and (b) forged it to the PC.
1. Defendant B, at that time, informed Defendant A of information, such as the number of service units necessary for forging an application for official withdrawal. Defendant A, at around 11:30 on July 16, 2019, entered the file of “application for official withdrawal” stored in the computers of other administrative soldiers due to meal hours, and opened the file of “application for official withdrawal” stored in the computers of other administrative soldiers, and “information and communications schools” in the relevant column, “H”, “H”, “I”, “two persons, such as A,” “I” in the area column, “I,” “I, etc. in the name column,” “I,” “I, etc. in the area column,” “I,” “I,” “I,” and “I,” “I,” and “I, in the order of time,” “I,” and “I,” had been stored in the column of information and communications.

2. On July 17, 2019, around 09:07, the Defendants conspired to display a forged official document to the injury and disease M, who was in the process of inspection, a forged official document, as described in paragraph 1, and exercised it by presenting it as if it was actually issued.
3. The Defendants, without permission, went through from July 17, 2019 to July 09:07, 14:34 of the same day, were employed by the “OPC located in the Jin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City NPC without obtaining permission from the head of an information and communications school.”
As a result, the Defendants conspired to do so without permission of the head of information and communication school.
