A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months and a fine of one hundred thousand won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 27, 2020: (a) around 00:41, the Defendant entering a residential intrusion, following the victim C entered the victim’s apartment B in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, with a joint entrance, and followed the victim C, thereby getting off the elevator from 10th floor to the victim’s residence.
2. The Defendant in violation of the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act gets on an elevator with the victim at the time and place stated in the preceding paragraph, and examined the vehicle close to and around the victim and the victim's family-friendly implements, when the victim gets off the elevator from the 9th floor after getting out of the 10th floor, and getting out the 9th floor from the 10th floor, and the Defendant gets out of the apartment house, followed by the latter, and then the Defendant gets out of the apartment zone, and examined the inside of the vehicle.
Accordingly, the defendant followed the victim without any justifiable reason, thereby making the victim uneasy.
On March 21, 2020, the Defendant: (a) found the victim’s “E” (E) working for the first police officer on March 21, 2020; and (b) borrowed the victim’s cell phone to the victim; and (c) followed the victim who was out of the said car page on March 21, 2020.
On March 29, 2020, at around 20:54, the Defendant reported that the victim D enters the victim's joint signature password at the 1st floor of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F building G, and entered the front door before the front door closed.
Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence.

1. around 01:00 on June 2, 2020, the Defendant discovered the victim H (20 years of age) who is an employee of the head of the health station who is the Defendant accompanying the Defendant in the vicinity of the red control police box located in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, as a unification of Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, 441-1, and followed the victim by moving the victim to the building located in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seoul, a residence of the victim. The victim opened a joint co-site door of the first floor of the building and entered the building to the fourth floor of the building.
