『2018 고단 499』 피고인은 2018. 3. 18. 03:21 경 부산 기장군 C에 있는 부산 기장 경찰서 D 지구대에서 “ 집 열쇠가 없어서 그러니 열쇠 수리공을 부르게 돈을 달라 ”라고 행패를 부리던 중, 경찰관 E이 귀가할 것을 권유하자 이에 화가 나 “ 짭새야, 니들이 경찰이 가 개새끼야 죽여 버린다, 기름을 사와 서 불을 지러 버리겠다 ”라고 고함을 지르며 밖으로 나갔다.
